My whole life No time like the present Just maybe one more cup of coffee Then I’ll tell her how I’m feeling I need just one more cigarette I need a little time to reflect   Just relax n’don’t worry take your time don’t hurry Let the moment unfold let your heart unfold The simple truth is I never felt this way before The moment I saw you I knew I wanted more My life makes no sense unless you’re here with me The missing piece in life’s mystery Yes I know in my heart you're the one I’ve been waitin’ for My whole life now make sense ‘cause of this one thing I am sure Yes I know in my heart you're the one I’ve been waitin’ for My whole life my whole life You’re the one I’ve been waiting for N’yes it’s now or never No no turning back this is the point of no return All my bridges burned Just relax n’don’t hurry it’s your time now, don’t worry Let your story unfold let your truth be told Yes I know in my heart you're the one I’ve been waitin’ for My whole life now make sense ‘cause of this one thing I am sure Yes I know in my heart you're the one I’ve been waitin’ for My whole life, my whole life I’ve heard the words that your saying For these words I’ve been praying I saved my heart for you Now make my dreams come true I’ll make your dreams come true

Pussy foot 08:23
Pussy Foot Holly came down from a weekend without sleep Out partied the hard core hedonistic elite Made new friends along the way entertained superficially She say I wanna take it easy nice'n'slow Nothing too heavy no one else needs know I just wanna pussy foot nothing more I just wanna pussy foot paw by paw From weekend to weekend Just a little bit more than just friends Miss GoLightly faced another non-working week Five days of semi-lucid in between No quick fix she need big kicks money-power food clothes'n'sex She say I wanna take it easy (nice'n'slow) Nothing too heavy (no one else needs know) I just wanna pussy foot (nothing more) Just wanna pussy foot paw by paw From weekend to weekend Just a little bit more than just friends (do do-do etc) Just a little bit more than just friends And all the party people say Drop, dab'n'sniff toke a liccle leaf Are those days really over? Did we just reap what was sown? Guess she has her reasons But they ain't mine to understand For me love is for all seasons Not just now and then on demand Holly just seemed to disappear without trace All her promises just emptiness She say that was then n’this is now not like I made some marriage vow

Beggin’ for change Down on her luck She’s down at your feet You’re upbeat Y’overdrawn cashpoint transaction complete She tries her luck But you tell her to fuck-right-off N’getta life an’ getta job I just wanna know if you thought about it Was she beggin’ for change Or beggin’ for change I just wanna know if you thought about it Was she beggin’ for change Or beggin’ for change Nine year old boy Diseased an’ poor Knock-knockin’ on death’s door Beggin’ for the pricey cure Free aid delayed Our government looks away Usin’ tax to pay for war I just wanna know if you thought about it Was he beggin’ for change Or beggin’ for change I just wanna know if you thought about it Was he beggin’ for change Or beggin’ for change You schmooz thru the city Get down to your nitty-gritty Want everything to be pretty Shiny shiny You crave lots of money To be livin’ in honey And milk every situation To suit your self creation A free style manipulation Based on copulation N'mass appropriation Of inside information You want sex in the city So need bigger titties Large cocks and lots of strap ons Botoxed n’waxed Brazillian You gain a price reduction On ya extra lyposuction An’ the money that y’save Goes up in a purple haze Poppin’ pills n’ lines n’potions And someone else’s notions Of a lifestyle you aspire to And one you can acquire too But you won’t buy the big issue To you it’s just a tissue Of lies You despise Anyone who tries To imply That your bubble Is in trouble So you pace it double And walk on by If you see them beggin’ at your feet I just want to know if you thought about it Was she beggin’ for change Or begging for change Was he beggin’ for change Or begging for change I'm not beggin' for change I'm beggin' for change

Freedom 11:22
Freedom So many choices So many voices Just an illusion? Chaos and confusion? Won't you listen to what the man say Listen to what the man say Well he said ‘let’s go’ And they followed him But I couldn’t go so easily A nagging voice inside my head Rasta-rhyme inside my head Emancipate yourself from mental slavery None but ourselves can free our minds Won't you listen to what the man say Listen to what the man say Imagining there was no heaven I considered the word freedom What about this word freedom? Maybe something worth believing? Something to believe in? Something to believe in? Maybe something to believe in? so I tried to get inside Hiding there was democracy Fucking the arse off religion Up to their balls in hypocrisy Sucking the dicks of righteous truth All on the alters of honesty Law and order beside them Gorging on fear and judgement Good and evil enshrined A fat old man with stiff drink and soft cock decides our fate Our sons and daughters go blindly Partners and lovers go blindly Friends and family go blindly Free to do just as they choose Constrained in a gilded cage of morality Bordered in Safe within Boundaries Media-fed smiling and laughing and looking so fine Hey buddy can you spare a paradigm? Don’t even think they know they where in this song Don’t suppose they know where the song come from Don’t even think they know where they belong Don’t think they care if they belong Won't you listen to what the man say Listen to what the man say ‘Well let’s go to war’ And they followed him But it didn’t go so easily Answers were blowing in the wind Shifty paradigm breeze Rasta-rhyme inside my head Emancipate yourself from mental slavery None but ourselves can free our minds Won’t you help to sing These songs of freedom 'Coz all I ever have Redemption songs These songs of freedom Won't you listen to what the man say Listen to what the man say

Here and Now Former thought words and actions became our present state N'if you truly believe this maybe it's already too late Right now future seeds are sown yeah Right now the moment has gone Fire that burns twice as bright Lasts half as long Here and now Uncontrolled in the dead of night Never burns too long Here and now Damned if I do and damned if don't put my faith in you Hanging in the balance between old and new In between the quantum realm and what I thought was true Do we all just pay the price or can belief renew? Right now nothing is real this isn't real Fire that burns twice as bright Lasts half as long Here and now Uncontrolled in the dead of night Never burns too long Here and now And if we jump the sticks Will you show me how To meet you in space Between here and now? Here and now

about

The third part of a collection of three sets of tracks.

For me these songs are a journal, some is transparent and obvious, some encoded and probably best kept private. It's all true, all real life, all resonate with the memories and experiences which form a few chapters of my life, chapters now well in the past, which formed my present, and will influence my future. To not write these songs and record them would have been impossible for me, I had to do it, it became almost an obsession, and it has taken me down a path far from the main-stream, and ultimately brought me to places - external and internal - where, although at times unbelievably uncomfortable and incredibly strange, are exactly where I should be. Hopefully there are more chapters to come, and hopefully more songs too, the journey is far from over, but the destination is now crystal clear. These songs are not the greatest recordings, and for sure under different circumstances I could have made them far better, but what is key is that I did them to the best of my ability, with what I had available at the time, in amongst all the other things I had to attend to. For me, most important is that they are now out in the world, and my deep wish is that they touch many many people, bringing them some small joy and maybe even some slight insight too. And I wish that these songs help create and enforce positive connections everywhere.

This is by no means a definitive thank you list. So many people have helped me during the recording of these songs, and in so many ways. Some went out of their way to help without me asking, others had no idea they helped, others were there when I asked for their help.

So to begin with deep thanks to everyone not on this list. I will never forget.

Cinzia Bonito Lopez for patience beyond patience, support beyond support, and love beyond love.

My amazing daughter, Jasmine Harmony, just for being her.

Awesome musicians…. Radu Constantin, Graeme Ross, Steve Patterson, and Vera Muse.

Kris Rudecki for his ears!

All my friends in Karma Guen retreat centre for their encouragement and support in particular Filip Goldman, Ivo Lechner, Micha Kramp, Markus Mannonen, Olga Gomez and Peter Gomez.

Mark Stollar for creating creative space.

Jackie Clements for being one of the best life examples possible.

Karim Bouzidi for keeping me on the straight and narrow when I needed it the most.

Ursula Feuerherdt and Oliver Pinelli for their openness.

Neil Brett, for life-long friendship.

Rob Lazell for encouragement.

Ole Nydahl for inspiration.
